Following his visit to Ukraine on 13 January, the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs will travel first to Germany on Sunday 14 January and then to Poland on Monday 15 January 2024. He will meet his counterparts Ms Annalena Baerbock et Mr Radosław Sikorski there.

The coordination between France, Germany and Poland within the Weimar Triangle illustrates our three countries’ determination to work together to develop this strategic closeness for the benefit of Europe as a power.

This Weimar format is practical evidence of our unity and commitment to the reform of Europe and to supporting Ukraine, in particular in preparation for the European Council’s discussions on the Ukraine Facility on 1 February.
