Russia / 80th anniversary commemorations of the Normandy Landing

The Liberation Mission said eight days ago that Russia would be invited to the 80th anniversary commemorations of the Normandy Landing in early June. And yet neither the Russian foreign ministry nor the Russian embassy in France has received an invitation. Will Russia be invited, and if so, at what level? How soon will the official invitation be sent to the Russian representatives?
