Terrorist attacks in Israel – Death of a second French national (9 October 2023)

France mourns the tragic death of a second French national, a victim of the terrorist attacks conducted by Hamas against Israel. We extend our condolences to the bereaved and are in contact with the Israeli authorities and the victim’s family to provide it with our full support in this ordeal.

We are continuing to take steps to clarify the situation regarding our nationals whose whereabouts are unknown.
