Return of Fariba Adelkhah to France (18 October 2023)

France welcomes the return to this country of Mme Fariba Adelkhah, a researcher at the International Research Centre (CERI) of Sciences Po.

It is a great relief for her family and all her close friends, and France – which spared no effort to facilitate her release and return – shares in this.

France reiterates its deep concern about the situation of the other four French nationals still imprisoned in Iran, and calls for their immediate release.
